When the result matters, decide how people vote, when a vote counts and which write-in answers appear.
Count confirmed votes
Count a vote only after the voter confirms it through an emailed link. Unconfirmed votes expire instead of counting.
Make repeat voting harder
Use browser-fingerprint or email-address checks to make it harder for the same person to vote again and again.

Email-confirmed voting
- Write your own confirmation email.
- Choose how long the link stays valid: 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days.
- See waiting, expired and counted votes on separate tabs, resend a link or confirm a vote manually.
Voting methods and weighting
- Email voting uses the entered email address as the voter identifier.
- Weight votes by WordPress role, for example an editor’s vote over a subscriber’s.
Write-in moderation
- Allow several write-in answers, including multi-line ones.
- Approve write-ins before they appear in results, or merge them into an existing answer.
- Filter, search and act on several at once, with undo.
- Reject, reconsider, withdraw or delete answers.

Which plan do I need?
Choose by the number of websites you’ll use Pro on: Personal covers 1 website, Business covers up to 5 and Agency covers unlimited websites. All three include the same Pro features.
Do I need the Free YOP Poll plugin to use Pro?
Yes. YOP Poll Pro requires the Free YOP Poll plugin to run. Pro does not replace the Free plugin.
What do I receive after I buy?
The purchase thank-you page provides the Pro plugin download and your licence key, and we send both by email as well.
What support is included with Pro?
While your plan is active, you get Pro support by email or on a Google Meet call, along with plugin updates.
Where can I get help before buying?

Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Plans renew automatically each year unless cancelled. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge.
What happens if I cancel or don’t renew?
Cancelling stops your next renewal; it doesn’t end the period you’ve already paid for. Updates and support continue until your paid-through date. After that, your existing polls and Pro features keep working, but updates and support stop unless you renew.
How does the 30-day refund work, including on renewals?
You can get a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your first purchase or of any annual renewal payment. Each 30-day window starts on the date of that payment, not the date you first subscribed. If you’re refunded for a renewal, your existing polls and the Pro plugin keep working, but you won’t receive updates or support.
How do I cancel or request a refund?

Can I use the Agency plan on client websites?
Yes. The Agency plan covers unlimited websites, including client websites you build or manage.
Do staging or development sites count toward my limit?
No. Staging and development sites don’t count toward your plan’s website limit.
Will Pro polls match my site’s design?
Pro gives you Material or Bootstrap icons for each question, spacing for each element, and control over answer fill, borders and corner radius. You can sort answers in your own order, alphabetically, by votes or at random, and show an end-date notice or a live countdown. How a poll looks also depends on your theme, so it’s worth checking polls on your own pages.
Can the vote controls stop every fake vote?
No tool can. Email-confirmed voting and repeat-vote controls based on browser fingerprint and email address let you set stricter voting rules, and write-in approval lets you review write-ins before they affect results. Choose the controls that match how much a poll matters.
